With more than 50 years of combined experience in the mattress industry, we at GL Mattress Inc. have become one of the major local manufacturers of quality sleep systems. In 1993 we expanded our operations to a 5,000 sqft. facility where we increased our staff and there began to reconstruct beds for an assortment of well know small hotels in what has been recognized, on several occasions, as the #1 tourist destination, Orlando Florida. A few years later in 1996 we were able to double the size of our facility. This allowed us to improve our assembly lines by integrating larger more efficient machinery. In 1998 GL Mattress Inc. had the opportunity to take our business to the next level and we began operations in our new warehouse which gave us 40,000 sqft. This of coarse required another increase in our labor staff and upgrading our equipment for a second time we were able to add state of the art taping, flanging, and quilting machinery which would give us exactly the competitive edge we needed to begin manufacturing for several big names in the hotel industry as well as other high end clients such as the Ritz Carlton. Seeing as how our facilities are strategically located in the heart of Orlando, we are able to provide personalized, rapid, efficient service to all of our clients throughout the state of Florida and expanding into the south east region of the United States.
